We are delighted you have chosen Bejouled as the destination for your jewellery purchase and want you to enjoy your new products as soon as possible. We aim to have your order with you within 5 working days, however at some times this may not be possible and can be up to 10 working days. We will notify you as soon as we have an accurate delivery time and use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the most reliable delivery, with a tracking number and ‘signed for’ function on each Bejouled parcel sent out. Please note, if no one is available to sign for your parcel at your specified delivery address, you will receive an information slip letting you know the nearest Post Office which your Bejouled parcel is located for you to pick up.

International Delivery is available on request, please contact info@bejouledweddingrings.co.uk before making your purchase if you are outside the UK and we will specify availability for this service and delivery rate.

RETURNS

We hope you love any purchase you make with Bejouled, however if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a full refund for 14 days from dispatch date.

Simply fill out the returns form enclosed with your order and send it back to us with the product(s) to the address stated on returns form within 14 days. Returns apply to full price stock only and returned product must be unworn, in original packaging with any labels still attached. We cannot offer an exchange or refund on pierced earrings, body jewellery or any bespoke or made-to-order jewellery or product which has been altered in any way (i.e. resizing of rings, etc). Please note, we are unable to process exchanges, we can only offer a full return.

Please allow up to 10 working days for payment to go back on your account. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs unless the item is proven faulty in which case we will reimburse your postal costs. We cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit and therefore we strongly suggest that you use a postal service that insures the value of the goods you are returning.
