Top class service from Darren from start to finish, he was extremely helpful throughout the process really helped bring the ring I had in mind to life, securing the perfect stone for it in the process. We were also working to a fairly restrictive timescale as I was planning to propose while abroad but Darren helped ensure everything was sorted with time to spare. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring and has been getting plenty compliments on it so we both couldn't recommend Bejouled enough and will be back for our wedding bands

I was looking for a place to make a custom engagement ring and found Darren at Bejouled. From the get go he was friendly, helpful and fantastic at communicating. The ring that was produced was perfect, exactly what I wanted and thankfully enough for my other half to say yes! I went into Bejouled looking for an engagement ring and had a basic idea of what I was after. Darren managed to take the basic information I had and gave me all the information on diamonds that I needed design a stunning engagement ring. The finished result was amazing and my fiancé is over the moon. Darren was great throughout the whole process and kept me in the loop at every stage. I would recommend Bejouled to anybody looking for an engagement ring or any jewellery for that matter, the service was second to none.

I honestly cannot recommend Darren enough - it's always a complete pleasure dealing with him. I'd had a few pieces of jewellery resized and cleaned previously so, in 2018 when myself and my now fiance started speaking about engagement rings, I knew there was only one place I wanted to go!We went to the gorgeous boutique first to speak through the kind of ring designs I had in mind. Darren was amazing, talking us through the pro's and con's of different designs, stones, etc. Darren then created CAD drawings of variations of the designs.

I purchased my wife's bespoke engagement ring from Bejouled and I couldn't have asked for a better experience - and she was thrilled with the ring. I was recommended Bejouled through a work colleague. Darren runs a relaxed atmosphere in the shop but his attention to detail, craftmen ship and ability to listen and recommend what's right for each individual is truly exceptional. We also got our wedding bands together at Bejouled. Darren created another bespoke piece to compliment Jennifer's engagement ring and I opted for an off the shelf tungsten ring after discussion of pros and cons of various materials. We had a quick turnaround and Darren was very accommodating. Adjustments were no problem at all and were revisited until perfect. Communication through the whole process was great and Darren's patience for all our questions was appreciated. We've had 3 individual perfect rings and would 10/10 recommend Bejouled to anyone, particularly those that appreciate the work of an individual that goes into creation a work of art. Thanks again!

We got married in August this year and had a brilliant experience with Bejouled and would recommend to anyone. Having given Bejouled a remit of what I wanted, Darren spent time sourcing it. What is important when buying a ring is honesty & customer service. Darren was amazing! Darren took the time to understand what I wanted and only gave me the final product once he was happy with it. Although I was out of the country Darren spent time in sending me pictures and details. I highly recommend Bejouled!

Cannot recommend Bejouled enough! I was lucky enough to choose my own engagement ring but had no idea what I wanted. I knew nothing about diamonds and was really quite nervous about the appointment. Looking for a ring to be ring modeled into something special? I can’t recommend Darren at Bejouled enough. I had three rings and I was looking for them to be made in to an engagement ring. We found Darren was extremely helpful and patient as we were not very sure what we wanted or how old could be transformed into new! However, I am absolutely delighted with the results. The diamonds from my Grandmother (but as I discovered also my Great Grandmother) and Great Aunt’s rings look so beautiful in their new setting.
